Cody Burch reports this post on the AACA Forum: "...1st one was a '63 Thunderbird Sports Roadster I bought in 1971, 3Y89Z100778, have no idea why I still remember the vin, it was an early car with a/c, leather, and RUSTY underneath the nice new Earl paint job from Michigan winters. Bought off a schlock Grand River (Michigan) used car lot when I noticed it on the way to my grandfather's funeral. Sold it for more than I paid for it and the proceeds went into the 56 chevy I was playing with at the time."
