This Thunderbird was originally ordered by a Ford dealer residing in the Seattle, Washington District Sales Office Region (74). In addition to being an uncommon color, this Thunderbird is well equipped with SelectAire Conditioner, power windows, power seat, tinted glass, and the optional leather interior as noted above. As of October, 2002 this Thunderbird was being offered for sale by Greater Dakota Classics in Devils Lake, North Dakota. - - - - - -
March 4, 2003 Update - John Sharp says: My Thunderbird is totally original, even the unique color. I had one similar to it in 1974 -- I was only 18 at the time at didn't appreciate what I had. I do appreciate it now, for sure. March 29, 2003 Update - Del Niemi says: This Bird was formerly registered to John Sharp as No 1069. It still is unmolested with paint, fake knockoff wheelcovers, transistorized ignition, and other options just as they came from the factory. The one problem I have is the coil is a little heat sensitive and I have not yet found a replacement. The color does stand out and we sure do have a fine time with her.
