This is a 1964 Thunderbird Convertible. It is Prairie Tan (G) with a Palomino vinyl interior (59). It was scheduled for production on August 8, 1963 (08H). This Thunderbird was produced for the Ford Motor Company pavilion at the 1964 New York World's Fair. It has two 1 1/4-inch holes in the radiator cross member (3 1/4 inches from the edge of the fenders), and two 1 1/4" by 3/8" holes in the left inner fender. It has SelectAire Conditioner, power windows, and the late-1964 outside mirror with the Thunderbird emblem. This Thunderbird is part of Jim Cockerham's contributions to the Registry, from a list of cars that he worked on or parted out over the years. UPDATE June 2012, it is for sale and located in Greensboro, North Carolina. It has Y-O-M New York license plates WV-7777. (picture added). Arthur Ash III reports it is for sale on eBay as of March, 2013 and is in Waverly, West Virginia. UPDATE June 2013, Mark Jackson notified the Registry that he owns this Thunderbird. UPDATE August 2017 it is for sale in Mankato, Minnesota. UPDATE February 2020 it is for sale at MotoExotica in Fenton, Missouri.
