This 1966 Thunderbird Hardtop was bought new on December 17, 1965 in Paris (odometer in kilometer per hour) by Mrs. Levasseur (sister of Yves Saint-Laurent). She stopped using the car in 1972 and parked it in my father's country house (garage was dry and heated). I bought the car from her in 1993, started first restoration at slow pace and got it back on the street in September 1996. Car has been regularly maintained until I got expatriated in Philippines for a couple of years (the car went back in the garage). I went back from Manila in 2010 and drove the car until 2016 when I decided to change all suspension (sping blades, shock absorbers, sway bar) and drive train. Just got it back and runs perfect today.
