Ludgate of 6014 Alexa Lane, Sylvania, Ohio. It was subsequently owned by Joseph P. Grossenbacher of Rittman, Ohio who purchased it on February 22, 1967 from Rod Tyler Ford. At that time it had 11,995 miles.
