This is a 1955 Thunderbird. It is Torch Red (R) with a red and white interior (RB). It was scheduled for production on September 20, 1954 (20J). According to the July/August 1974 edition of Early Bird Magazine, this Thunderbird was owned by Bob Stark of Fullerton, California. As of March, 2003 its status was unknown. UPDATE Dennis Dole reports It was offered for sale in the September-October 2014 edition of Early Bird and was located in California. A small picture is shown on page 68. Mr. Stark is still shown as the owner. It is equipped with a 3-speed manual transmission w/overdrive, rear deck antenna and full power options. UPDATE Dennis Dole reports There is an article in the July-August 2015 Early Bird magazine (Page 24) detailing the history of this car. It was originally sold in Cleveland, OH. The car was also listed for sale on page 59.
