This is a 1955 Thunderbird. It is Thunderbird Blue (T) with a turquoise and white interior (C). It was scheduled for production on September 29, 1954 (29J). According to the July/August 1974 edition of Early Bird Magazine, this Thunderbird was owned by F. J. Roth of Thousand Oaks, California. Sold new by Light House Ford in Riverside, California In June, 2000 it was at the BMC auction in Minnesota. As of March, 2004 it was for sale by Park Place LTD in Bellevue, Washington for $64,950. + + + + + UPDATE May 2012, Glen Hockenjos reports this Thunderbird was for sale on the DuPont Registry for $96,500 as advertised by Amos Minter of Dallas, Texas. Stock# 203, item# 1209015. November 2012, Dennis Dole reports It will be offered for sale at the 2013 Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale auction (Lot #1099).
