This is a 1955 Thunderbird. It is Torch Red (R) with a red and white interior (B). It was scheduled for production on October 12, 1954 (12K). It has 3-speed manual transmission with Overdrive. In the July/August 1974 edition of Early Bird Magazine, this Thunderbird was documented as being owned by John Vierthaler of Butler, Pennsylvania. At that time it was also documented as having a 312 cubic inch V-8 with supercharger installed, and as having been converted to a 12-volt electrical system. UPDATE July 2016 it is for sale in Kiowa, Colorado. (picture added, status changed to Intact)
