This is a 1955 Thunderbird. It is Raven Black (A) with a black and white interior (XA). It was scheduled for production on October 18, 1954 (18K). This Thunderbird was documented in Early Birds Magazine (July-August 1982) when it was offered for sale. At that time, it was "25 miles from Montreal", being sold by Denis (no last name given), for $5,900 with its hard top or $5,200 without. The seller said that the car's body had been stripped to bare metal everywhere. UPDATE November 2022. Ron Stephen reports that he owns this Thunderbird. He says: I purchased this 1955 Thunderbird in April 2022. The guy I purchased it from had it for the last 20 years. It was restored 25 years ago. It appears to be all original except for the alternator. I’d love to know any other history on the car.
