This is a 1955 Thunderbird. It is Thunderbird Blue (T) with a turquoise and white interior (C). It was scheduled for production on October 23, 1954 (23K). According to the July/August 1974 edition of Early Bird Magazine, this Thunderbird was owned by Frank Frederich of Billings, Montana and was described as being in "very good condition". It has Fordomatic, power brakes, power steering, power windows, MagicAire Heater, radio, windshield washers, and full wheel covers. As of March, 2003 its status was unknown. UPDATE February 2021, Joseph Gentile notified the Registry that he owns this Thunderbird. He says: My Thunderbird was once owned by Frank Frederich of Billings, Montana and at the time was said to be in very good condition. I purchased the car in 1998 from Bayberry Classics in Hampton New Hampshire. The car has a 1957 312 engine with the dealer installed “Power Pack” option know more frequently as the “E” option. It has all the power options and at some point AC was added. The car originally had the 292 V8 but was swapped to the present engine at some point. The Fordomatic was replaced with a Ford 3 speed with overdrive. I live in southern New Hampshire. (picture added)
