This 1955 Thunderbird convertible has a black hardtop with no porthole, 292 V-8 engine with dress-up kit, power steering & brakes, power windows and power seats. It has been restored by Thunderbirds USA and has 85,000 original miles. As of February, 2004 it was for sale on ebay and located in Griffin, Georgia. UPDATE March 2012, it was for sale. UPDATE May 2012, Dennis Dole adds This car was documented in the January-February 1990 issue of Early Bird magazine. The owner, W. B. Cumming had owned the car for two years. A picture of the car at that time is shown on page 15 and is also available on file. UPDATE In December 2015 it was offered for sale on ebay and was located in Newberg, OR. (picture updated) In September 2016 it was offered for sale on ebay and was located in Owatonna, Minnesota.
